Postage and Packaging

There is a standard postage and packaging fee to all regions within New Zealand.

Those costs will be available on checkout

These will be adjusted as there are changes in the costs of postage and or packaging.

This will be reviewed on a regular basis.

If you are in the Warkworth District, there is the option to collect your order from

Tackle and Outdoor, 12/14 Elizabeth Street, Warkworth.

This option is available on checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

All possible care will be taken during packaging to ensure there are no breakages

but we can not be held responsible if your package is damaged en route.

However, if there is evidence of insufficient padding, please contact us by email on doodlemugz@gmail.com and we will review the circumstances and replace your damaged mug if we have been remiss in our packaging.
